Our Team

Vernon Henry MBA, Dip. SCM(ITC), MCIPS

Vernon holds a B.Sc. (Management Studies) and a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine). He graduated with an MBA from Andrews University, USA and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from Greenwich University, UK. He is certified in procurement and supply by the Chartered Institute of Procurement (MCIPS) and Supply and in Supply Chain Management by the International Trade Centre (SCM-ITC). He also received specialized training in several areas, including: Strategic Management, Total Quality Management, Leadership, Operational Excellence and Organizational Change Management.

He has had over 35 years managerial experience in procurement and supply related roles. He has also been a lecturer on undergraduate and graduate academic programmes. Apart from leading the training and consulting in PMMSL, he designs and delivers training courses for leading local institutions. He has been a lecturer in the CIPS certification programme for over 25 years.

Gayle Edwards BSc, MSc.

Gayle has over twenty years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management and has led large and small teams in Materials Management, Purchasing and Contracts, Warehousing, Inventory Management and Customs Departments. She has worked in a number of industries including Oil and Gas, Food, Telecommunications and Renewable Energy where she consistently realized savings and improved efficiencies at each engagement.

She has facilitated programmes at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and the UWI Open Campus in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Gayle is the holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Masters in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). In 2018 Gayle also completed the Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management with the International Trade Centre (ITC), where she graduated with Distinction.
